Ossi was employed by Brisbane City Council (BCC) for 5 years as a Pavement /Environmental Engineer. The main roles were to provide engineering and specialist advice on future maintenance programs, new road designs, investigation, analysis of existing pavement conditions, recommend economical rehabilitation treatments, daily supervise construction teams and carry out various project management tasks
Port pavement design review and verification – Lae Berth 3; Port Moresby Berth 4A extension using British Ports pavement design procedure and including an independent assessment of load conditions
Ipswich Motorway Business Case
Analysis of FWD/GPR data and project managing field testing to complete a preliminary pavement rehabilitation plan and future pavement design for business case purposes to fit within client project budget constraints (valued $600 Million dollars).
